The driver is hereby instructed to deliver his (bag or bin) as directed by the client.
Once placed, the bin must not be moved.
The client shall be liable for any damage or loss sustained in respect of the equipment delivered, including fire damage.
Do not over load beyond edge.
No hazardous materials may be disposed of in T.A.M 2000 Inc. dumpster bags/bins.
Solvents, chemicals, oils, toxic materials, paints, flammable liquids, explosives, oil drums, oil tanks, Freon, tires, batteries, fridges, freezers, TV’s, computer monitors pressurized tanks, food items & carcasses etc.
If the above items are placed in the bin additional fees may apply to remove and properly dispose of the hazardous waste.
If for any reason, we cannot pick up our bin and we must make another trip to the site there will be a $75.00 dry run fee.
All bags/bins supplied by T.A.M 2000 Inc. Remain the property of T.A.M 2000 Inc. By hiring our services, you give T.A.M 2000 Inc. authority to take any necessary steps to enter your premises/property to reclaim our bags/bins.
All payments must be made upon delivery unless stated otherwise. Failure to do so will result in debt collection costs.
Payment is due upon receipt of service. Outstanding accounts past 30 days will be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month (compounded).
T.A.M 2000 Inc. shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from waste removal services on either public or private property during the usual course of business operations, and no claim may be made to T.A.M 2000 Inc. for any damages resulting to driveways, lawns, services such as cables, drainage, trees, and telephone wires etc.
T.A.M 2000 Inc.reserves the right to charge back to the customer any handling charges related to overfilled bins and the disposal of unpermitted materials listed on the invoice/website.
